I have always been a believer in the SNP and in Scottish independence. As part of the Argyll and Bute  SNP Council Group and the Helensburgh and Lomond SNP Branch, I partake in all party campaigns to further the cause of the SNP and Scottish Independence.

I will work relentlessly to maintain a strong SNP presence in Lomond North to mitigate the cuts made by the Labour Westminster Government and continue to challenge their supporters, some of whom make up the opposition of Argyll and Bute Council.

I strongly believe in an Independent Scotland taking its place as a sovereign independent nation within the European Union.
